(10) Mem.d the Twenty six Day of December one Thousand six hundred Ninety & Nine Came the p.rtys first above Named and Acknowledged the above Land and p.rmisses to be the Right of the said William Taylard his Heires and Assignes for Ever against the said Zacharias and Martha his wife and their Heires according to Law Before us John Lowe Tho Baels To his Maj.ties Justices of y.e prov.ll Court Whereas a warrant of Resurvey was Granted unto Nicholas Gouldesborough of Talbot County Dated the Tenth of Sept.r Last past for the Resurvey of the land Called Hyder Dyer Loyd according to y.e Antient meets & Bounds Thereof as it shall be Evidently Made Appeare in the p.rsence of the Sherriffe & of the Direcons of A Jury of the vicinage to be p the said Sherriffe Sumoned Impannelled and sworne These are therefore Humb to Certifie that of vertue of the afores.d warrant I have Resurveyed for the afd Nicholas Gouldesborough the afd Land called Hyder Dyer Loyd Lying in Talbot County in the p.rsence of the said sherriffe and of the Direcons of a Jury of the vicinage being for that purpose of the said Sherriffe Sumoned Impannelled & Sworne Beginning At A stump standing on a point at y.e Mouth of Tradehaven Creek Deemed & Taken of the said Jury To be the beginning of the afd Land & Runing thence by & w.th Choptank River (on a Streight Line) five hundred & four pches to the upp.r side of a creek called Island Creek thence w.th & by the sd River (on A Streight line four hund.rd Eighty six pches to A point called Clones Point thence East & by North Two hund.rd & Seventy pches |
