       buildings Whatsoever thereon standing or being or
       on any of them in the whole Computed to be about
       five hundred acres and being all the lands the s.d
       Robert decd seised of in that part of the s.d County
       whereon & wherein the said Robert Carvill lately
       decd, Dwelt scituate neare The Citty of S.t
       Marys in S.t Marys County afd & all the
       appurts thereunto belonging and alsoe ten
       Negroes named Jack Robin Cæzar Andrew
       Will Harrey Moll Sarah Nanney & Jenney
       together w.th their encrease  To have and to hold
       the before menconed Tract and Tracts of land
       with their appurts and the s.d ten negroes w.th
       their Encrease as afd to him the s.d John Hyde
       his heires and assigns for ever to his & their owne
       pper use and behoofe & noe other use or uses
       whatsoever  Provided always & upon this
       Condition That if the s.d Cæcell Butler his Ex.rs
       Adm.rs or assignes doe & shall well & Truly
       pay or Cause to be paid unto the s.d Jn.o Hyde his
       Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes The said Sume of Two
       hundred ninety & nine pounds & Eight pence
