       Together w.th Interest for the same at six pounds
       P.r Cent p.r Annum as the same shall become
       due & payable to Comence from the date
       hereof in maner following (viz.t) the sume
       of fifty pounds ster p.r Annum untill y.e
       said sume of Two hundred ninety & nine pds
       & Eight pence together w.th the growing interest
       thereof as afd be fully paid & satisfy'd
       then this present grant Bargaine & Sale to
       be wholly voyd & of none effect  And y.e s.d
       Cæcill Butler and Margarett his wife doe
       hereby Covenant for themselves & their heires
       that they & their heires will for ever warrant
       the p.rmises to him the sd Jn.o Hyde his
       heires & Assigns & allways defend the
       same & further pay or Cause to be paid y.e sume
       of Fifty pounds p.r Annum According to y.e
       Provisoe afd till the full payment of the
       whole with the Interest be Compleated &
       furthermore that the before Bargaind & sold
       plantacon & other the P.rmisses are Free &
       Clear from all incumbrances whatsoever
       (Except the rent to grow due to the Chief Lord of y.e
