       This Indenture made the First Day of
       October Anno Dni One Thousand Seven hundred
       and five Between Cæcill Butler of S.t Maries
       County gent and Margarett his wife Daughter
       and heire of Robert Carvill late of S.t Marys
       County afd decd of the one part & Jn.o Hyde of
       London merchant of the other part  Wittnesseth
       That The said Cæcill Butler & Margarett
       his Wife for & in consideracon of the sume
       of Two hundred ninety and nine pounds
       & eight pence of lawfull mony of England to
       them in hand paid before y.e ensealing Hereof
       Have granted, bargained ^and^ sold and by these
       p.rsents doe fully Clearly and absolutely grant
       bargaine and Sell unto the s.d John Hyde &
       his heires & Assigns  All That Plantacon
