       of in & to the same or any part or parcell thereof, To Have
       And to Hold the sd Tract of Land or Ground and all &
       singular the p.rmisses with the appurtenances thereof (herein
       before Granted, released, and Confirmed, or intended, to be) ^granted released & Confirmed^ unto
       him the sd John Hyde & his heires for ever, to the onely use and
       behoof of him the sd John Hyde his heires & assigns for ever, & to
       no other use intent or purpose whatsoever, & the sd Peter Sewell
       for himself his heires Ex.rs adm.rs or assigns covenant, and grant,
       to & with the sd John Hyde his heires Execut.s administrat.rs and
       assigns, by these presents in form & mann.r following (that is to
       say) that he the sd Peter Sewell at the time of sealing &
       Delivery of these presents is & standeth seized of the sd tract
       of Land or Ground & premisses and every part thereof with the    
       appurtenances herein before menconed, of a good sure &
       indefeazable Estate of Inheritance to him and his heires in
       fee Symple, & that also att the sealing & Delivery of these presents
       he the sd Peter Sewell hath Good Right full power & Lawfull
       authority to Grant, sell bargain, release & Confirm the sd tract of
       land or ground, & p.rmisses & Every part thereof with the Appurtenances
       afd, unto the sd Jo.n Hyde his heires & assigns in Mann.r and
       form afd, that for & notwithstanding any act Matter or thing
       whatsoever, heretofore by the sd Peter Sewell his ancestor or
       assigns or those whose Estate he hath in the p.rmisses wittingly
       or Willingly Comitted Suffered or Done or here after by the sd
       Peter Sewell his heires Execut.s or Assignes, Wittingly or willingly
       to be Comitted Suffered or Done, he the sd John Hyde his heires &
       assignes, shall & may Lawfully peacably and quietly, have, hold,
       occupy possess & Enjoy for ever all the sd tract of land or
