       Peter Sewell of Calvert County in the province of Maryland Planter
       of the one part, & John Hyde of the Citty of London in the Kingdom
       of England Merchant of the other part  Wittnesseth that the sd
       Peter Sewell for & in Consideracon of the sume of seaventy two pounds
       seaventeen Shill of Lawfull mony of England by the sd John Hyde to
       him the sd Peter Sewell att and before the sealing & Delivery of these p.rsents
       in hand well and truly paid, the rece^i^pt whereof the sd Peter Sewell
       doth hereby acknowledge & of Every part & parcell thereof doth acquitt,
       Exonerate, release, and Discharge the sd John Hyde, his heires Execut.s and
       administrat.s for Ever by these p.rsents hath Granted, bargained, sold,
       released, & Confirmed, & by these p.rsents doth Grat, bargain, sell, and
       Confirm, unto the sd John Hyde all That fifty acres of Land whereon
       he now hath a plantacon sealed, being part of a tract of Land of two
       hundred and fifty acres, originally taken up to the best of the sd Peters
       knowledge by one James Shakly & lying in Calvert County together
       with two negroe slaves the one Called Charles about fifteen yeares, the
       other Called Pegg about the Same age with all their future Encrease,
       the possession of w.ch Negroes he the sd Peter hath delivered
       to the atturny of the sd John Hyde by ^the^ rendering of one six
       peny piece in the name thereof together with all and singular the
       houses, Edefices, wood, Underwoods, wood Grounds, Barns, stables, profitts,
       Benefitts, Orchards, Gardens, Comodities, Advantages, Hereditaments, apendances,
       & appurtenances, in or upon the sd Tract of Land or ground or premisses
       or any part thereof belonging or appertaining, thereunto, & all
       & singular Deeds, Charters, Evidences & writings relating unto, or in anywise
       Concerning the sd tract now in the power & Custody of the sd Peter Sewell or of any
       other person or persons in trust for him or to his use & the revercon, &
       revercons, remainder, & remainders, rents, issues, & Profitts, of all & singular
       the p.rmisses & all the Estate right titile & Interest Property Claime
       and demand whatsoever in Law or Equity of him the sd Peter Sewell
