849 ground & p.rmisses with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the sd John Hyde his heires and assigns, Provided allways & it is the true Intent & meaning of these presents, that if the sd Peter Sewell shall att or upon the fifteenth Day of May w.ch shall be in the year of our Lord one thousand seaven hundred & seaven pay or Cause to be paid unto the sd John Hyde the sd sume of seventy two pounds seaventeen shill with Legall interest for the same that then this p.rsent Deed shall be void & of Noe Efect, Whereunto they have Interchangably In Wittness hereof sett their hand & seales the Day & year first above written his Peter P Sewell (seal) mark On y.e back of the aforegoing Deed was ^thus^ Endors't Viz.t to M.r W.m Taylard or any other of the attornys of the Prov.ll Court these are to empower yo.u for me & in my name to ackowledge unto the w.thin named John Hyde the within Deed According to act of assembly in that Case made & provided, & for yo.r so doing this shall be unto you a sufficient Power witness my hand & seal this fifteenth day of may 1704 his Peter P Sewell (Seale) mark The within Deed as also this power of Attorney ^was^ sealed & Delivered by the within Peter Sewell the words with Legall interest being first Enterlin'd in the Deed, above the third Last line testibus Charles Landsley James Carroll May the 1.st 1705 Ackowledged by the above named W.m Taylard the Attorny thereunto authorised before us two of her Maj.ys Just of the provinciall Court, according to act of Assembly in that Case made & provided Proved before us according to Law Tho Greenfield Philip Lynes Record June 29.th 1705 P Th Bordley Clk Just Prov.ll |
