       to remain absolute, indefeazable, & vallid to all intents &
       purposes unto him the sd John Hyde his heires and assigns
       forever  In Wittness whereof the parties to these presents
       have hereunto interchangably sett their hands & seals the
       day and year first above written

       On the back of the afore going Deed was endors't Viz.t

       Sealed & Delivered in p.rsents of us
       Henry Darnall         Clement Brook

       To M.r W.m Taylard or any other of the attorneys of the prov.ll
       Court, those are to authorize you to Acknowledg the within deed
       unto the within named John Hyde his heires & Assigns according
       to ^the^ act of Assembly of this province made & provided in Such Cases &
       for so doing this shall be your sufficient warrant given under my hand
       and seale the day & Year within written

       then was the within Deed acknowledgeed by the above name W.m
