840 the sd John Hyde All That Tract or Iseland of Land Called choptank Iseland, as allsoe all these Negroe Slaves men and women herein after specified, Viz.t Mingoe a negro man about twenty five yeares of Age, Tom about thirty yeares, Gey a negroe man about twenty Eight yeares, Sambo a young fellow about Eighteen years, Toney a young fellow about Twenty three years, Beck a negroe woman about twenty years, Tilly a negroe woman about thirty years, Betty a woman about two & twenty years, Didoe a negroe woman about four & twenty years, Jacob a negroe boy about sixteen years, Together with all their future increase To Have and To Hold the sd Iseland of Land together with all & syngular the houses, Edifices, woods, underwoods, wood grounds, orchards Gardens Barns stables profitts Benefitts Comodities advantages Hereditaments appendances and appurtenances in or upon the sd Iseland of Land & p.rmisses or any part or parcell thereof or thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto or Concerning the sd Iseland of Land supposed to Cont.a fifteen hundred acres of Land as also all the sd Negroes with their future Encrease as afd to the onely prop use and behoof of him the sd John Hyde his heires and assignes for ever, and to noe other use Intent or purpose whatsoever & the sd John Hawkins, for himself his heires Execut.rs Adm.rs or assigns doth Covenant & Grant to & with the sd Jo.n Hyde (his) |
