       his heires Execut.rs administrat.rs or assigns by these presents in
       Manner and form following (that is to say) that he the said
       John Hawkins att the time of Sealing & Delivery of these p.rsents
       is & standeth seized of all & singular the sd Iseland & p.rmises & of ever
       part & parcell thereof, with the appurtenances herein before Menconed
       of a good sure and indefeizable Estate of Inheritance to
       him & his heires in fee symple & that allso att the Sealing and
       Delivery of these presents he the sd John Hawkins hath good Right
       full power and Lawfull Authority, to Grant, bargain, sell, release, and
       confirm all & syngular the sd Tract of Land & premisses with their
       appurtenances as also all and syngular the sd Negroes with their
       future Encrease as afd and that he will for Ever war.t & Defend
       the sd land & negroes unto him the said John Hyde his heires and assigns
       for ever  Provided all ways & it is the true intent & meaning
       of these presents, that if the sd John Hawkins his heires Ex.rs or Adm.rs or Either
       of them shall & will att or upon the Twentyeth Day of July next
       pay or Cause to be paid unto the above named John Hyde or his attorney
       for the time being in this province the sume of one hundred
       pounds by good & sufficient Bills of Ex.a to be Drawn upon some Responsable
       pson in London which shall be duly accepted & paid w.th one
       years Legall Interest as also att or upon the twentyeth Day of July
       w.ch shall be in the year of our Lord one thousand seaven hundred &
       six the sume of one hundred pounds ster in like manner w.th two years
       Legall interest for the same, as allso att or upon the twentyeth Day
       of July w.ch shall be in the year of our Lord one Thousand seaven
       hundred & seaven the sume of one hundred pounds ster in like
       manner with three yeares Legall Interest for the same, as also at
       or upon the Twentyeth Day of July w.ch shall be in the year of
       our Lord one thousand seaven hundred & Eight the sume of one
