839 on the back of the afore going Deed was thus Indorsd Viz.t Sealed and Delivered Charles Carroll W.m fitz Redmond to M.r W.m Taylard or any other of the Attourneys of the provinciall Court, these are to authorize you to Acknowledge the within Deed unto the within named John Hyde his heires & Assigns according to the act of Assembly of this province made & provided in such Cases & for so doing this shall be your sufficient war.t Given under my hand & seale the Day & year w.thin written Thomas Stirling (Seale) Sealed & Delivered in p.rsents of Charles Carroll June y.e 28.th 1705 Then was the within Deed acknowledged y.e by y.e above named W.m Taylard the attorney thereunto Authorized before us two of her Majesties Justices of the provinciall Court according to Act of Assembly in that case made and provided Tho.s Green seald Just pvlis Philip Lynes Just.s pvlis Recorded June the 29.th 1705 P Th Bordley Cl of the prov.l Court This Indenture made the twentyeth Day of July one thousand seaven hundred and four, Between John Hawkins of tallbott County of the one part and John Hyde of the Citty of London in the Kingdome of England Merchant of the other parte, Wittnesseth that for and in Consideration of the sume of seaven hundred & seaven pounds nine shillings ster to him the sd John Hawkins by the sd John Hyde att & before the Ensealing & Delivery of these presents in hand well and truly paid the Receipt whereof the said John Hawkins doth hereby acknowledg and thereof and of Every part and parcell thereof doth acquitt Exonerate releas and di^s^charge the sd John Hyde his heires Executors and Adm.rs for ever by these p.rsents hath Granted, bargained, sold, released, & Confirmed, and by these presents doth Grant bargaine sell, release & confirm, unto (the) |
