       To Have And To Hold the said srall Tracts of Land or
       ground & Every of them and all & singular other the pmisses
       with their & every of their Appurtenances (herein before granted
       released & Confirmed or intended to be hereby granted released
       & Confirmed) unto him the sd John Hyde, & his heires
       for ever, to the only use & behoof of him the sd John
       Hyde his Heires & assigns for Ever, and to noe other use
       intent or purpose whatsoever & the sd William Parker for
       himself his heires Executors Administrat.rs & assigns, doth
       Covenant & Grant to and with the sd John Hyde his heires
       Ex.rs Administrators & assigns by these presents in Manner
       & form following (that is to say) that he the sd William
       Parker, at the time of Sealing & Delivery of these psents,
       is & standeth seized of all & singular the sd Tracts of Land &
       premisses, & Every of them with their appurtenances, herein
       before Meconed, of a good sure ^and^ Indefeazable Estate of
       Inheritance to him & his heires in fee symple & that also
       att the Sealing & Delivery of These presents he the said William
       Parker hath good right full power & Lawfull Authority
       to Grant bargain sell Release & Confirm all & singular
       the Said Tracts of land, & premices & Every of them
       with their Appurtenances afd unto y.e sd John Hyde his
       heires & Assigns for Ever, in Manner & form afd & that for &
       not with standing any act matt.r or thing Whatsoever heretofore
       by the sd William Parker his ancestors or assigns
       or those whose Estate he hath in y.e premisses ^Wittingly or^ Willingly
       comitted suffered or Done or hereafter by the sd William
       Parker his his heires Ex.rs or assigns Wittingly or willingly
       to be comitted suffered or Done he the sd Jn.o Hyde his
       heires & assigns shall & may Lawfully peacably and
       quietly have hold occupy possess & Enjoy for Ever all &
       singular the sd Tracts of Land & pmisses & Every of
       them with their apurtenances, unto him the sd John
       Hyde, his heires & assigns Provided all ways and it
       is the true Intent & meaning of these psents, that if
