834 the said William Parker his heires Ex.rs or Administrat.rs or Either of them shall & will at or upon the fifteenth Day of May next pay or Cause to be payd unto the above named John Hyde or his Attorny for the time being in this Province, the sume of one hundred pounds sterl by good & sufficient bills of Exchange to be Drawn on Some Responsable Pson in London which shall be duly accepted & payed w.th one years Legall Interest for the Same as also att or upon the fifteenth Day of May w.ch shall be in the year of Lord one thousand seaven hundred & six the sume of fifty pounds sterl in like manner with two years Legall Interest for the Same as likewise (in as much as their is an Intercourse of Trade & Correspondence between the said William Parker and John Hyde at or before the fifteenth Day of May one thousand Seaven hundred & ten satisfie pay & Content or cause to be satisfied payd & contented unto him the s.d John Hyde, the full ballance or ballances of all accounts now depending or that shall hereafter dureing the sd time be depending on any score whatsoever Between them with Legall Interest for Such ballances during such Termes, as the same shall be due That then this Deed shall be void & the Estate thereby made to the sd John Hyde shall Cease & determin but in case of failure of Payment of the sd Interest & Principall as afd, as also fully satisfyeing & Paying such Ballance or ballances with Legall interest for the same Dureing the time they shall be Due as afd then the Estate hereby made to remain absolute indefiezable & valid to all Intents (all) |
