       more or Less, the other being a parcell of land called
       Blind Tom, lyeing in Calvert County on the North
       Syde of Potuxent River in the woods & Beginning
       att a bounded Pickhickory of a pcell of Land
       Layed out formerly for the sd Taney Called Taneys
       Delight and running with the said land North
       East for Ninety pches to a bounded red oak & from
       the sd red oak running South East & by East for
       one hundred & ninety perches to another bounded
       oak & from thence running South West Ninety
       perches to a bounded spanish oak of a parcell of land
       formerly layed out for the sd Taney called Taneys
       Right & with the sd land to the first bounded Tree
       Cont.a & then Layed out for seaventy Two acres
       more or Less Together with all and singular the
       houses Edifices woods Vader woods wood Grounds
       orchards Gardens barnes Stables profitts benefitts
       Comodities Advantages Hereditaments apendances
       & apurtenances in or upon the sd Severall Tracts of
       Land, & pmisses or any or Either of them or any part
       or pcell of them any or Either of them or thereunto belonging
       or in any wise appertaining or reputed or taken
       thereunto to belong or apertain & all & singular Deeds,
       Charters, Evidences & writings relating unto or in any
       wise Concerning the sd tracts of Land or any, of them now in
       the Power and Custody of the William Parker or of any
       other Pson or Psons in Trust for him or to his use &
       Revercon & Revertions Remainder & Remainders rents
       issues & profitts of all & singular the premisses, & all the
       Estate right Title & Interest Property Claime and
       Demand, whatsoever in Law or Equity of him the sd W.m
       Parker of in & to the same or any part or parcell thereof
