       This Indenture made the fifteenth Day of May in the
       year of our Lord one thousand seaven hundred and four
       Between William Parker of Calvert County in the Province
       of Maryland gent of the one part & John Hyde of the Citty
       of London in the Kingdom of England Merchant of the other
       part wittnesseth that the sd William Parker for & in consideration
       of the sume ^of^ one hundred & fifty Pounds Lawfull money of England
       by the sd John Hyde unto the said William Parker att and
       before the sealing & delivery of these psents in hand well and
       truly paid the Receipt whereof the sd William Parker doth
       hereby acknowledge & thereof & of Every part & parcell theirof
       doth acquitt Exonerate release & Discharge the said Jn.o
       Hyde his heires Executors & Administrat.rs for Ever by these
       psents hath Granted bargained sold released & Confirmed
       & by these psents doth Grant bargaine sell release and
       confirm unto the said John Hyde all Them two tracts
       of Land one whereof Called Taneyes Delight Lying on the
       East syde of Petuxent River & on the south syde of
       Hunting Creek behind the Land of John Little in the
       woods  Beginning att a bound Poplar being the Northeast
       Corner Tree of a piece of Land Lately taken up by
       one Michael Taney with a Line drawn South East and
       by East with the sd Land for the Length of fifty perches
       to a marked Pockhickory on the East with a Line Drawn
       Northeast for the Length of thirty Eight perches till it
       intersects the land of Frances Billingsley and with
       the said Billingsleys line till it intersect the land of
       John Little & with the sd Littles line to the sd Littles outermost
       bounded tree & thence till it intersect the bounded
       red oak of the sd Taneys Land Called Taneys Right &
       with the said line North East to the first bounded tree
       Containing and then Layd out for seaventy acres
