       of Land called Poppingay scittuate lying and being in
       Calvert County aforesaid Begining at a stake in the woods
       and runing East by North two hundred pches to a gum
       thence North by west one hundred pches to an other stake
       in the woods then west by south two hundred pches to a
       stake in an orchard and from Thence w.th a straight line
       to the first begining Containeing and laid out for one
       hundred twenty five Acres more or less Together w.th all and all
       manner of Houses out houses backsides orchards gardens
       trees woods underwoods wayes waters watercourses profitts
       comodities advantages and appurtenntes to the said two
       sev.rall pcells of Land belonging or appertaineing All
       w.ch said p.rmisses are now in the tenure or occupacon of
       the said William Chew And the rev.rson and rev.rcons remaind.rs
       rents Issues and profitts of all and singular the said
       p.rmisses and every part thereof  And alsoe all the
       Estate right title intrest property clayme and
       demand whatsoever of him the said Willam C^h^ew of into
       and out of the said p.rmisses and ev.ry part and
       and pcell thereof  To Have and to hold The
       said two peeces or pcells of Land called Chews Fortune
       and part of Poppingay herein before bargained and sold
       unto The said Samuel Chew his heires and Assignes
       for ever  To the only proper use and behoofe of the said
       Samuel Chew his heires and Assignes forever more To
       be holden of the Cheife Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees
       of the p.rmisses under the rents and services then
       and thereby due and of right accustomed  And The
       Said William Chew doth by these presents for himselfe
       his heires Exec.rs and Adm.rs and for ev.ry of them Coven.t
       promise and grant to and w.tp thaid Samuell his heires
       and Assignes in manner and forme following (that
