       heires the p.rmises aforesaid w.th thapptu.rnces and ev.ry
       pte and pcell thereof unto the said Samuel Chew and his heires
       and Assignes against him the said William Chew and his
       heires and all and ev.ry other pson and Psons whatsoever
       shall and will forever hereafter warrant and by these p.rsents
       defend  And alsoe that he the s.d William Chew at the time
       of thensealing and deliv.ry thereof is and standeth Lawfully
       and rightfully seized of and in ^the^ said p.rmisses of a good sure
       perfect absolute and indefeazable Estate of inheritance
       in Fee simple soe as he may Lawfully grant bargaine and
       sell the same unto the said Sam.ll Chew his heires and
       and assignes in manner and forme aforesaid  And that
       the said Sam.ll Chew his heires and assignes shall and may
       from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter quietly
       and peaceably have hold use occupy possess and Enjoy
       all and singular the said p.rmisses w.th thappurtiu.rnces w.thout
       the Lawfull lett suite trouble eviccon molestacon or
       denyall of him the said William Chew his heires Exec.rs Adm.rs
       or Assignes or any other Pson and Psons whatsoever Freed
       and dischardged or otherwise by him the said William Chew
       his heires Exec.rs or Adm.rs well and sufficiently saved and
       kept harmless of and from all and all manner of former and
       other guifts grants bargaines sales Leafes Estates
       Joyntures Dowers titles of Dower and especially the
       Dower of Sydneay Chew now wife of the said William Chew
       and of and from all other titles troubles chardges incumbrances
       claimes and demands whatsoever had made comitted
       don or suffred or to be had made comitted don or suffred by
       him the said William Chew his heires Exec.rs or Adm.rs or
       any other Pson or persons whatsoever  And finally
