       the province of Maryland Gentl of the one part And
       Samuel Chew of Annarundle County in ^the^ province aforesaid
       Merchant of the other part  Witnesseth That the Said William
       Chew for and in consid.raton of the Sume of one hundred thirty
       Five pounds sterling to him in hand paid by the said Samuel
       Chew at or before thensealing and delivy of these p.rsents the
       recept whereof he the said William Chew doth hereby acknowledge
       and thereof and therefrom doth atquitt exon.rat and dischardge
       the said Samuel Chew his heires Exec.rs and Adm.rs and ev.ry of
       them by These p.rsents  And for div.rse other good causes and
       consid.ratons him the said William Chew thereunto moveing

          Hath granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released
          and confirmed  And by these p.rsents Doth grant baranie sell
       alien enfeoffe release and confirme unto the said Samuel Chew
       his heires and Assignes for ever  All that Tract or pcell of
       Land called Chews fortune lying in Calvert County and on the East
       side of Petuxant River in the woods begining at a bounded red Oak
       it being a bounded Tree of a pcell of Land called Poppingay formerly
       surveyed for W.m Parratt and a bounded Tree of a pcell of Land
       now in possession of Thomas Smith thence with a line drawn from
       the said oak East by North for the length of two hundred seventy two
       perches to a bounded red oak standing in the Line of the Land called
       Poppingay and in thee Line of a pcell of Land called sanckley now
       in the possession of Joseph Chew and runing w.tp the said Land
       called Sanckley South fifty Eight pches to a bounded red oak standing
       in the Line of the aforesd Land called Sanckley it being a bounded
       Tree of a pcell of Land now in possession of Thomas Smith
       thence w.th a straight Line to the first bounded Tree Containing
       and laid out for forty Nine Acres of Land be the same more or
       less  And alsoe all that other pcell of Land being part of a Tract
