       Robert Ungle and his heires shall and will att any
       time or times thereafter att the reasonable request and
       att the Proper Costs and Charges in the Law of the Said
       Richard Bennet his heires or Assigns make such further
       Assurances and Conveyances in the Law of the p.rmises for
       the more perfect assurance surety and surety and sure
       Making of the same to the Said Richard Bennet his heires
       and assigns as his or their Councell learned in the law shall
       advise  In wittness whereof the parties to these presents
       have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals
