       of him the said Robert Ungle his  heires Ex.rs or administrators
       or any other Person or Persons whatsoever And that the before
       Mentioned Tracts of Land and premisses with their and every of
       their Appurtenances shall from henceforth for ever, remaine contiane
       and be unto the said Richard Bennett from time to time and att
       all times for ever hereafter free ^and clear^ and freely and Clearly acquitted and
       discharged or otherwise well and sufficiently saved defended and kept
       harmless by the said Robert Ungle and his heires and from all
       former or other surveys Grants Bargains sales Uses Rents Jointures
       Dowers and especially the Dower of Frances his wife and of and
       from all Manner of other Charges Titles or Incumbrances whatsoever
       (the Annuall Rent to the Chief Lord of the Fee of the Premisses which
       hence forth shall grow due to be paid Excepted)  And the said
       Robert Ungle for himselfe his heires Executors & administrat.rs
       and every of them doth Covenant Grant and agree to and with the
       said Richard Bennett his heires and Assignes and to and with each
       of them in Manner & forme following (that is to say that the
       said Robert Ungle the aforesaid Tract of Land being part of
       Plaindealing and divers other Tracts of Land adjacent thereto
       conteining four hundred Twenty & Eight Acres of Land and the other
       Tract of Land called Cabbin Neck conteining fifty Acres of Land
       And also the other Tract of Land called Grundys Lott conteining
       fourty and six Acres of Land with their and every of their
       Appurtenances hereby Grated Bargained and Sold in Manner
       & forme afores.d to the Said Richard Bennett his heires & assignes
       to the only proper use and behooffe of the Said Richard Bennett
       his heires and Assignes for ever as well against him the Said
       Robert Ungle and his heires as ag.t all & every other person
       and persons whatsoever shall and will Warrant and for
       every defend by these presents  And That the said
