822 Lott in all Conteining five Hundred Twenty and four Acres of Land together with all and singular Tenements Hereditaments Plantations and all other the Premisses with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the said Richard Bennett his heires and Assignes for ever To the only proper use Benefitt and Behooffe of him the said Richard Bennett his Heires and Assignes for ever And the said Robert Ungle for himselfe his heires Executors and Administrators and every of them doth Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said Richard Bennett his heires Executors Administrators and Assignes in Manner and forme following (that is to say) That the Tract of Land aforesaid being part of Plaindealing and divers others adjacent Tracts of Land doath now conteine four hundred Twenty and Eight Acres of Land and That the Tract of Land called Cabin Neck doth now conteine fifty Acres of Land and that the Tract of Land called Grundy's Lott doth now conteine fourty & six Acres of Land And that it shall and may be Lawfull from time to time and att all times hereafter for ever for the said Richard Bennett his Heires and Assignes Lawfully peaceably and quietly to have hold use occupy possess and enjoy the said severall and particular Tracts of Land and all the Bargaind Premisses with the appurtenances and have receive and take the Rents issues and profitts thereof to his and their own use and behooff for ever without any manner of Lawfull or other Lett barr Molestation Eviction expulsion or hinderance whatsoever |
