       Plainedealing Creek (with the said Creek) to the first marked Oak
       att the head of the Creek conteing foure hundred Twenty & Eight
       Acres of Land  Also All That Plantation and Tract of Land
       called Cabbin Neck conteining fifty Acres of Land lying and being on
       the afores.d Creek called Plaine Dealing Creek and adjoyning to the
       afores.d Land called Plaindealing and Also all That Tract of
       Land called Grundys Lott conteining forty & six Acres of Land and
       adjoyning also to the Land called Cabbin Neck which said Two last
       Tracts of Land are Butted and Bounded by the severall and respective
       Courses and distances mentioned in the Originall Certificates of
       Survey and in their respective Letters Pattents  Together with
       all & singular the Plantations Houses, Out Houses Buildings     
       Edifices Orchards, Gardens, Woods Underwoods, Trees, Timber Trees
       pastures, Marshes Cultivated and Improved Grounds Fences and
       other Imp^r^ovements and Appurtenances and all and singular other
       the Rights Members Benefitts Priviledges Immunities and
       Advantages whatsoever to the said severall and particular Tracts
       of Land (conteining five hundred Twenty and four acres of Land)
       and p^r^emisses belonging or in any Manner of Ways appurteining
       As also the Reversion and Reversions remainder and remainders
       thereof And all the Estate Right Title, Interest Property
       Claime and Demand whatsoever of him the Said Robert Ungle
       his heires Executors and Administrators of all and singular the
       before herein and hereby Granted or intended to be herein and hereby
       granted premisses with the Appurtenances unto him the said
       Richard Bennett his heires and Assignes for ever  To have
       And to hold The said four Hundred Twenty and Eight
       Acres of Land (part of Plaindealing and diverse other adjacent
       Tracts as afores.d) and the said fifty acres of Land called
       Cabbin Neck  And the said fourty six acres of Land called Grundys
