       or Charge whatsoever of or by the said Nathaniel & Hannah
       Stinchcomb his heires or assigns or any of them or any other
       person or persons whatsoever lawfully having or Claiming
       to have any Estate Interest or thing of into or out of the said
       granted p.rmisses or any part or parcell thereof now are & be
       during the Estate hereby made & possessd shall & may according to
       the true Intent & meaning hereof remain Continue & be to the
       said W.m Baker his heires & Assigns fully freely and clearly acquitted
       & discharged or upon the Reasonable request made to the said
       Nathan.l & Hannah Stinchcomb their heires & assigns of or from
       in that behalfe well and sufficiently and all their own proper
       Cost & Charges shall be saved and kept harmless by them the said
       Nathaniel & Hannah Stincicomb their heires & assigns of and from
       all former & other Statutes Dowers Joyntures Recognizances Judgments
       forfeitures seises extents & all other Charges titles troubles incumbrances
       and demands whatsoever had made comitted acknowledged
       or done by the said Nathaniel & Hannah Stinchcomb their
       heires or Assigns or any other ^Pson or^ Psons whatsoever lawfully Claiming
       from by or under him them or any of them or by his their or any
       of their means or pcurements the rents services from henceforth
       to grow due and payable to the Chief Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees
       thereof only excepted & foreprised and the said Natha.l & Hannah
       Stincicomb doth further Covenant & grant for them their heires Ex.rs
       Adm.rs & with the said the said W.m Baker his heires & assigns & ev.ry
       of them by these p.rsents that the said Nathaniel & Hannah Stinsicomb
       and their heires and every other Pson or Psons having or Claiming
       any or that shall have or lawfully ^may^ Claime any Estate right title &
       demand ^unto or^ out of the premisses before mencond to be granted or any part
       or parcell thereof by from or under the said Nathaniel & Hannah
       Stincomb shall and will from time to time & at all times hereafter
       during the space of seven years now next following after the date
