       Revercon and revercons Remainder & Remainders of all & singular the
       said before granted premisses are hereby mentiond or intended to be hereby
       granted And also all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim & Demand
       of them the said Nathaniel & Hannah Stinchcomb of in & to the Same
       and of in & to every part and parcell thereof To have & to hold the said
       one hundred Acres of Land And all and singular the premisses before by
       these presents mencond & intended to be granted with all & singular
       the Appurts to the Said W.m Baker his heires & Assigns for ever to the
       only proper use and behoof of the said W.m Baker his heires & Assigns for
       ever And the said Nathaniel & Hannah doth for themselves their heires
       Ex.rs Administrators hereby warrant & grant to and with the said William
       Baker his heires & Assigns for ever of them by these presents in Manner &
       form following (that is to say) that Wee the said Nathaniel & Hannah Stincecomb
       for and notwithstanding any Act or Acts thing or Things by them or their
       Means Consent privity procurement had made Comitted or done or wittingly
       or willingly suffered to the Contrary now and at the time of the Ensealing
       and delivery hereof standeth and is seized and untill the Estate thereby to be
       granted shall be sufficiently past vested and settled in the said W.m Baker
       his heires and assigns shall so remain seized of all the p.rmisses of a good absolute
       and perfect Estate in fee simple to him and his heires for ever in his
       own right and to his own use without any Manner of Condition or provisoes
       as is mencond in the said Deed of Grant and that the said Nathaniel and
       Hannah Stincecomb notwithstanding any such Act or thing as aforesaid
       hath good right full power & lawfull Authority in their own right to grant
       Convey and assume the said premisses and every part and parcell thereof to
       the said William Baker his heires & assigns in manner & form aforesaid according
       to the true Intent & meaning hereof and also the said William Baker his heires
       and Assigns every of them shall ^& may^ at all times and from time to time during the
       Estate hereby made and granted peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy
       possess and enjoy all and singular the said granted p.rmisses with the appurts
       according to the true Intent & meaning hereof without any suite trouble or
