       This Indenture made the thirty day of June anno dm 1704 Between
       Nathaniel Stinchcomb & Hannah his wife of Baltemore County
       of the one party and William Baker of the Same County of the
       other party  Witnesseth that the Said Nathaniel & Hannah
       Stinsicomb for and in Consideration of the full Sum & just
       Quantity of four thousand pounds of Tobacco to them in hand
       already payd & delivered by ^him^ the said W.m Baker before the
       ensealing and delivery hereof wherewith the Said Nathaniel
       and Hannah Stinscomb doth acknowledge themselves to be
       fully Satisfyed Contented and payd & doth for ^& for^ every part &
       Pcell thereof acquitt & discharge the said William Baker
       his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns by these presents hath granted
       bargaind sold aliend Enfeoffd & Confirmd and by these presents
       doth fully Clearly and absolutely grant bargain sell Alien enfeoff
       and Confirm to the said W.m Baker his heires and Assigns a Pcell
       of Land taken out of a tract called the Tanyard lying the North
       side of the falls of Petapsco in the County of Baltemore
       Beginning at a bounded Spanish oak standing in the Long line
       of the said land called the Tanyard by a branch descending unto the
       said Falls and running down the said branch binding on the same
       to a bounded white oak of the said land called the Tanyard then
       East forty six Perches then south twenty three degrees Easterly
       seventy P.s to a bounded red oak then East forty three P.s East
       twenty degrees Northerly twenty P.s North fifteen degrees
       Easterly forty four P.s North twenty six degrees Easterly forty P.s
       North twenty Eight degrees Westerly thirty nine P.s then North
       thirty P.s then North fifteen degrees Westerly thirty six P.s to a
       bounded red oak then North thirty seven degrees Westerly sixty five
       P.s to the first bounded tree Cont.a & now layd out for one hundred
       Acres more or less according to Certificate of survey Hereof together
       with all rights benefitts and priviledges thereunto belonging Royall
       Mines Excepted together with the Edifices and buildings whatsoever
       with the same belonging or in any wise appertaining the
