813 truly to be made wee bind our selves and either of us our & either of our heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs Joyntly & Severally for the whole and in the whole firmly by these p.rsents As witness our hands & seals this Eighteenth day of August in the third Year of her Matys Reign &c Annoq Dm 1704 The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden George parker do well and truly serve her said Ma.ty her heires & successors in the office of High sheriff of the said County of Calvert within this province afd And also shall render unto her said Ma.ty And other her said Officers a true faithfull and Pfect Account of all and singular her said Ma.tys Rights & dues and to her Off.rs a true & Just Acco.t of their Fees that he shall or may be intrusted with by her Majestys Gov.r & other Officers within this province aforesd to receive & Collect and his account to her said Ma.ty her heires or successors or to her or their Gov.r here for the time being for the fines & Forfeitures & other dues belonging to her said Majestys Gov.r as also his account of all Fees dues or sums of money or tobacco for levys or Fees due to any her Matys Officers and other good people within this province shall pass an acco.t for by the tenth day of Aprill next ensuing the date hereof And in all other things as sher of the said County of Calvert shall behave himself well and honestly towards all Psons according to the best of his power skill and knowledge then this Obligation to be voyd & of noe Effect or else to stand in full force strength and vertue seald and delivered Geo Parker (Seal) in p.rsence of James Heigh (Seal) Jn.o Bigger Geo Plater (Seal) Tho Gray Rob.t Skinner |
