       the said Anthony Smith his heires & Assigns to and for his
       & their own pper use and behoofe as afd ag.t him the sd
       Thomas Larkin his heires & Assigns & from & against all
       other Pson or Psons whatsoever shall and will warrant
       & for ever Defend by these presents And the said Thomas
       Larkin for himself his heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs doth further
       Covenant pmise Grant & agree to and with the said Antho
       Smith his heires & assigns by these p.rsents in manner &
       form following that is to say that he the said Antho Smith
       his heires & Assigns shall and may from time to time &
       at all times for ever hereafter lawfully peaceably &
       Quietly have hold use occupy possess & Injoy the sd two tracts
       of Land cont Eight hundred & fifty Acres with all &
       singular the premisses before mencond without any Lett
       suite trouble or Interrupcon whatsoever of him the said
       Thomas Larkin his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns  And that
       free & Clear & Clearly acquitted discharged saved harmless
       & kept Indemnifyd of and from all former & other bargains
       sales Gifts Grants Leases Mortgages and all Incumbrances
       whatsoever had made Comitted suffered done or assented unto
       by the said Thomas Larkin his heires or assigns or by any other
       Pson or Psons whatsoever the rents & services which shall
       from henceforth Grow due or payable to the Chief Lord or
       Lords of the Fee or Fees for or in respect of his or their seniory
       or seniorys of the afd Eight hundred and fifty acres of Land &
       p.rmisses only excepted and foreprized  And further the said
       Thomas Larkin & his heires shall & will from time to time
       & at all times for ever hereafter upon the reasonable
