       request and at the proper Cost & Charges in the Law of him
       the said Anthony Smith his heires & assigns make & execute
       acknowledge & suffer all and every such further & other
       Reasonable Act & Acts thing & things Assurance & Assurances
       Conveyance & Conveyances in the law whatsoever for the
       further better & more perfect Assuring and suremaking
       of the afd Pcells of Land cont Eight hundred & fifty Acr
       with all and singular the premisses before mencond to the said
       Anthony Smith his heires & Assigns for ever and to and for his
       and their only proper use and behoofe for ever Be it by any Deed
       or Deeds Indented Feoffment Release and Confirmation or any
       Conveyance or Instrument of writing whatsoever as by the
       said Anthony Smith his heires or assigns or by his or their Councill
       Learned in the Law shall be reasonably Devised advised or
       required In manner and forme above in these p.rsents Declared
       and every part & Pcell thereof unto the said Anth Smith his heires
       and Assigns for ever In witness whereof the partys first above
       named Have sett their hands & seals the day and year first above
       Written Anno Dm 1704

       Cornel White                 Examined out of the p.rsence & hearing of her
                                           husband by us the subscribers to be the Right of the
                                        within named Antho Smith his heires & Assigns for ever
       & desired the same may be recorded according to Act of Assembly Witness our
       hands
