       oath being the Northermost bounded tree of a tract of Land taken up
       by Thomas Heath & running from the said oak for breadth up the
       said River North one hundred ninety and five P.s & unto a markd
       poplar by ^upon^ the side of a steep Hill bounding on the said poplar
       by a line drawn East for length into the Woods five hundred
       thirty three P.s And the one third part of a Pch bounding on
       the end of the East line and running a long South one hundred
       thirty five P.s bounding on the end of the south line by a line
       drawn West unto the first tree Cont and layd out for six
       hundred & fifty Acres more or less according to Cert of Survey
       Together with all Messuages Tenements Dwelling houses
       Outhouses with all their Appurts Rights profitts & benefitts
       thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to the afd two
       tracts of Land with the Revercon & Revercons Remainder &
       Remainders Rents Issues & profitts whatsoever of all and singular
       the beforemencond to be hereby bargaind premisses together w.th
       all Deeds Writings Evidences Chyrographys of Fines Exemptificacons
       of Recoverys Escripts boundarys & Minuments whatsoever touching
       or Concerning the premisses or any part or Pcell thereof To have
       & to hold both the said tracts of Land & all and singular the p.rmisses
       before mencond unto him the said Anthony Smith his heires and
       Assigns for ever to and for the only pper use & behoofe of him
       the said Anthony Smith his heires & Assigns for ever more  And the
       said Thomas Larkin for himself his heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs doth hereby
       Covenant pmise Grant & agree to and with the said Anthony Smith
       his heires & Assigns by these p.rsents that he the said Thomas Larkin his
       heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs all & singular the beforemencond p.rmisses unto
