796 This Indenture made the eleventh day of October Annoq Dm 1704 Between Thomas Larkin of Ann Arundell 11 sides County of the one part and Anthony Smith of the same County of the other part Witnesseth that the said Thomas Larkin for & in Consideration of the full and just sume of two hundred & sixty pounds sterl mony of England to him in hand paid and secured to be paid at & before the Ensealing & Delivery of these presents the rec.t whereof the said Thomas Larkin doth hereby acknowledge and himself herewith to be fully satisfyed Contented & payd And of every part thereof doth hereby acquitt the sd Anthony Smith his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns and by these p.rsents Hath Given Granted Aliened Bargaind sold Enfeoffd & Confirmd and by these p.rsents doth fully Clearly and absolutely Give Grant Alien Bargain sell Enfeoff & Confirm unto the sd Anthony Smith his heires and Assigns for ever All that tract or Pcell of Land called Heaths Adventure lying at the head of Cheasopeak bay in Cecill Coty and on the East side of a River called Susquehanna River Beginning at a marked red oak & running by a line drawn North sixty P.s to a marked red oak then by a line drawn East five hundred thirty three ps & the one third part of a pch then by a line drawn south sixty P.s then by a line drawn West to the first bounded tree Cont & layd out for two hundred Acres of Land more or less according to Certificate of Survey thereof and also one other tract of Land called Holland lying in Cheasopeak bay and at the head of the said Bay in the County of Cecill & on the East side of a River in the said Bay called Susquehannah River Beginning at a marked red |
