       breadth three hundred & fifty perches on the West by a line drawn South &
       by West to a markd Mulberry tree standing on a low point of Marsh On
       the East by a line drawn North & by East from the said Mulberry for length
       three hundred & fifty perches On the North by a line drawn West
       North West from the end of the North & by East line for breadth three
       hundred & fifty perches On the West by a line drawn South & by West
       from the end of the West North West line unto the first markd pine
       On the South by the said River Containing seven hundred Acres of land
       more or less as by the Certificate thereof bearing date the seven &
       twentyeth day of september One thousand six hundred fifty Nine &
       laid out for philip Calvert Esq as appears upon Record relation being
       thereunto had it doth & may at large appear (And since by the said
       philip Calvert sold & made over to the said Mathias DeCosta his heires &
       assigns for ever) And the Reversion & Reversions Remainder and
       Remainders Rents issues & profitts of all & singular the promisses
       aforesaid  And all the Estate right Title & Interest possession Inheritance
       Claime & Demand whatsoever of the said Thomas Williams
       & Elizabeth his wife of in & to the same & every part thereof & also all
       & singular the Deeds Evidences & Wrighting any wise touching
       or Concerning the same To have & To hold the said Tract or parcell
       of Land Hereditaments & p.rmisses Hereby Granted bargaind sold
       Enfeoffd releasd & Confirmd or mencond or intended to be hereby Granted
       bargaind sold Aliened Enfeoffd & Confirmd with the Appurts unto
       the said William Taylard his heires & assigns for ever & to the only
       proper use & behoofe of him the said William Taylard his heires and
       assigns for ever more & to none other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       And the said Thomas Williams & Elizabeth his wife for themselves
       their heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs Do Covenant promise & Grant to & with the
