       This Indenture made the fifteenth day of
       July Anno Dm One thousand seven hundred & three
       Between Thomas Williams of St Marys County Taylor
       & Eliz.a his wife Daughter & heires at law of Mathias Decosta
       late of Baltemore County & since of St Marys County planter
       decd of the one part & William Taylard of the Town & port of
       Annapolis Gent of the other part Witnesseth that for & in
       Consideration of twenty thousand pounds of Tob.o to the sd
       Thomas Williams & Elizabeth his wife at & before the
       Ensealing & Delivery of these p.rsents by the said Willm
       Taylard well & truly paid the receipt whereof they do
       hereby acknowledge & themselves to be therewith
       fully satisfyed & thereof & of every part thereof Doe
       hereby acquitt Release & Discharge the said W.m Taylard
       his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs & every of them for ever by these
       presents  They the said Thomas Williams & Eliz.a his wife
       Have Given Granted bargaind sold Aliened Enfeoffd
       Releasd & Confirmd And by these presents Do give Grant
       bargain sell Enfeoff Release & Confirme fully Clearly &
       Absolutely unto the said William Taylard (in his actuall
       possession now being by vertue of a Deed of Bargain & Sale
       to him made bearing date the day next before the day of the
       date of these p.rsents for one Year & by vertue of the statute for
       transferring of uses into possession in that Case made &
       provided) And to the heires & assigns of the said W.m Taylard
       for ever All that tract or parcell of Land called or known by the
       Name of Wiske als Danby lying on the Western Shore in Baltemore
       County and on the south side of a branch of a River there
       called the North East River & on the North East side of the said
       branch Beginning at a markd pine tree & standing in a bay by
       a Marsh bite running East South East down the River for
