       & Elizabeth his wife at the time of the Ensealing & Delivery of
       these presents (for & Notwithstanding any Act matter & thing
       whatsoever by them or either of them done or sufferd to the Contrary
       have a true ^good^ right true Title full power & authority to
       Grant Convey & assure the afd land & premisses herein before
       menconed to be Conveyd & assured with the Appurtenances unto
       the said William Taylard his heires & assigns for ever according to
       the true intent & meaning of these presents And that they the said
       William Taylard his heires & Assigns shall or may from time to time
       & at all times hereafter for ever peaceably & Quietly have hold
       use occupy possess & enjoy the afd Tract of Land & premisses
       with their & every of their Appurts & the Rents issues & profitts
       thereof receive take & Apply to his & their own proper use &
       behoofe without any lett suite trouble interrupcon contradiction
       Claime or Demand whatsoever of or by the said Thomas Williams
       & Elizabeth his wife their heires or Assigns or any of them or any
       other person or persons Claiming or to Claime by from or under
       them or either of them  And that they the said Tho Williams
       & Elizabeth his wife & their heires Ex.rs or Adm.rs & all others
      Claiming under him her or them shall & will from time to time
       & at all times at the reasonable request & at the Charges in
       the law of the said William Taylard his heires or Assigns make do
       suffer acknowledge & execute any further or other Act or Acts
       thing or things Device or Devices in the law whatsoever that
       shall be by the said William Taylard his heires or Assigns or his
       or their Councill learnd reasonably advisd devised or required for
       the further better & more sure making & Conveying the said
       bargaind land & premisses with their Appurtenances unto him
       the said W.m Taylard his heires & Assigns for ever according
       to the true intent and Meaning hereof  In Witness
       whereof the said partys to these present Indentures have
