       Administrators Covenant promise Grant & Agree to
       & with the said John Howard his heires & Assigns y.t
       he the said John Howard his heires & Assigns shall & may
       quietly & peaceably have hold occupy possess &
       Enjoy the said bargaind p^r^misses & every part & pcell
       thereof free from the Lett suite Trouble Molestacons
       or Interrupcons of any pson or psons whatsoever or  
       of the said John Anderson & his heires or Assigns or
       any pson or psons Claiming or to claim by from
       or under him them or any of them or any other
       person or psons whatsoever  And the said John Anderson
       doth for himself doth for himself his heires Ex.rs or
       Adm.rs or Assigns further Covenant pmise Grant & agree
       to & with the said John Howard his heires & assigns that he
       the said John Anderson & his heires Ex.rs shall upon request
       & att the Costs & Charges in the law of him the said John
       Howard do suffer & execute or cause to be done sufferd &
       Executed any other or further Act or Acts thing or things
       in the law that shall be by the said John Howard his heires
       or Assigns ^his^ or their Councell learnd in the law be reasonably
       devised advised or required at any time for the better Certain
       & more sure making & Confirming the said Bargaind p.rmisses
       to the said John Howard & his heires & Assigns for ever  In
       Witness whereof to this p.rsent Indenture I have interchangeably
       sett my hand & seale the day & year above written May
