Howard his heirs & assigns for ever All that part parcell Tract & Dividend of Land called & known by the name of Andersons Lott being formerly surveyed by Thomas Lightfoote by vertue of two warrants containing two hundred acres each bearing date one thousand six hundred eighty five for the said Anderson as by his pattent appears lying in Baltemore County upon the head of Bush River & upon the North side of the south West branch of the said River Beginning at a bounded white oak near the said branch & near a tract of Land called Bells Camp & running thence with the said Land North North East three hundred & twenty perches thence running West North West two hundred Pches thence running south south West three hundred & twenty Pches to the aforesaid branch lastly running down the said branch by a direct line to the first bounded tree Containing & laid out for four hundred Acres of Land more or less according to Certificate & pattent together with all rights profitts benefitts and priviledges thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining Royall Mines only excepted To have & To Hold the said four hundred Acres of Land & every part & parcell thereof w.th their & every of their Appurtenances unto the said John Howard his heires & assigns To the only proper use & behoofe of the said John Howard his heires & Assigns for ever together with all Edifices Buildings Woods Underwoods Ways passages paths pattents Minuments profitts Comoditys Advantages thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining Royall Mines & the Rents due to the Chief Lord or Lords of the Fee only excepted And the said John Anderson doth for himself & his heires Ex.rs and (Adm.rs |
