774 Deed or Deeds fine or fines or other Assurances in the law whatsoever for the further surety assurance & suremaking all & singular the above bargaind & sold six tracts of Land & tenn slaves to the said parrott his heires & assigns for ever as the Councill learned in the law of the sd parrott his heires or Assigns shall reasonably advise or Devise at the proper Costs & Charges of the said parrott his heires & Assigns And the said Richard Clark doth further Coven.t for him his heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs to & with the said parrott that he the said Richard Clark shall & will from time to time for ever hereafter warrant & Defend the above bargaind & sold or hereby intended & minded to be bargaind & sold six tracts of Land & tenn slaves with their & every of their Appurts unto the said parrott his heires & assigns for ever against him the said Richard Clark his heires & assigns forever & ag.t all other persons whatsoever provided allways and it is the true intent purport & Meaning of these p.rsents & so declared by the partys to the same that if the said Rich.d Clark his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns shall & will at or before the expiration of the terme of Eight Years to be fully compleated from the date of these p.rsents pay or cause to be paid unto the said parrott his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns y.e sume of eight hundred & forty pounds sterl in manner & forme following that is to say the sume of one hundred pds sterl at or upon every twenty fifth day of December during the said Eight Years with the Yearly Interest of the said Eight hundred & forty pounds at the rate of six pounds P Cent Yearly the first paym.t to begin and be made on the twenty fifth day of December next & so to Continue without (Intervall |
