Interest to be deducted in proportions to what shall be paid of of the said principall sume of eight hundred & forty pounds sterl Then & in such & not otherwise this Deed & every Article therein & not otherwise to be void & of noe vertue or Effect & the said performing these paym.ts is to have as now he has the use of the said Lands & slaves In Witness ^whereof^ the said partys have to these p.rsents interchangeably putt their hands & affixed their seals the day & Year first above written Richard (Seale) Clarke Being p.rsent at the perfection hereof Lewis Duvall The foregoing Deed was thus Endorsd T Macnemara These are to impower & authorize Thomas Macnemara Gent at any time hereafter to appear for me Richard Clark Gent & in my name to acknowledge the within Deed & the lands & p.rmisses therein containd to be the right of the within named Gabriel parrott his heirs & assigns according to Act of Assembly made & provided in that Case hereby giving him full power to do the same & for soe doing this shall be with a Release of all Manno.r of Erro.rs & Advantages I or my heires Ex.rs or Adm.rs may have thereby a full & sufficient warr.t given under my hand & seale the Eighth of May 1704 Being present Richard Clark (seal) Lewis Duvall May 24.th 1704 Then came the above named Tho Mcnemara before us & by vertue of the above warr.t the acknowledged the within Deed & the lands therein & thereby conveyed to be the estate of the within parrot his heires & assigns forever Acknowledgd in the p.vl Co.rt the day & Year ut supra Enrolled 3.d June 1704 Test Th Bordley Clk pv.l |
