       will from time to time to time & at all times hereafter warrant & for
       ever Defend as will the said Gabriel parrott his heires & assigns
       forever as all & singular the above bargaind & sold six tracts of
       Land & tenn slaves or hereby minded to be bargaind & sold unto
       the said Gabriell parrott his heires & assigns forever against all
       Manner of persons whatsoever And that he the said Richard at
       the time of the perfection hereof is & Doth of lands & ten slaves
       seized of & in a full perfect free & Indefeazeable Estate of
       Inheritance in fee simple of all & singular the above six tracts of
       Land bargaind & sold or hereby minded or Intended to be bargaind
       & sold & of a full right to bargain & sell the said tenn slaves
       which said estate of Inheritance in fee simple is not any way or
       to be Defeated or Defeazaned by any Attainder or Attainders
       outlawry or Outlawrys Forfeitures Recognizance or Recognizances
       statutes M.rch.t or of the staple Judgm.t or Judgm.ts execucon or
       execucon Recovery or Recoverys fine or fines levyed or Covenanted
       to be levyed Deed or Deed of Mortgage absolute sale Feofment or any
       or any other Matter Cause or thing whatsoever which the said above
       bargaind & sold six tracts of Land & tenn slaves minded or intended to
       be bargaind & sold may be subject unto by any act or thing done made executed
       pformed recognized levyed or acknowledged or entred unto by the said Rich.d
       Clarke before the perfection of those p.rsents  And that he hath full power
       & lawfull authority to sell release bargain make over & Confirme the same
       & every part & parcel thereof of the said six tracts & tenn slaves And the said
       Richard Clark doth for him his heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs Covenant to & with the
       said Gabriel that he the said Richard shall & will from time to time & at
       all times hereafter at the reasonable request of it the said Gabriell his
