       Do Give Grant Bargain sell aliene Release & Confirme unto the s.d
       Alexander parran in his Actuall possession now being by vertue of a
       Bargain & Sale for a Year to him made by Indenture bearing date
       the day next before the day of the date hereof & by force of the statute
       for transferring of uses into possession and his heires & assigns
       for ever All that peice or parcell of Land called Ashcoms purchase
       lying on the East side of Cheasopeak Bay in Dorsett County Begining
       at a Marked poplar & running south west by the river side for length
       of one hundred & forty P.s to a marked white oak standing by the
       Water side near a Marsh bounding on the south with a line
       drawn South East into the woods from the said oke for the length
       of two hundred twenty & give perches to a marked white oak
       on the East with a line drawn North East from the end of y.e former
       line untill it intersect a parallell line drawn from the Marked
       poplar on the North with the said parallell line on the west with
       Hungar River Containing & now laid out for two hundred Acres
       more or less & also all that pcell of Land lying on the East side of
       Cheasopeak bay in A River of the said Bay called Hungar River
       in Dorsett County to be held of the Mannor of Nanticoke Beginning
       at a Marked white oak & running upon the river side for breadth
       fifty pches to a Marked Locust Standing upon a Marsh side
       bounding south on the Bay called Bentleys bay fifty perches
       to one Inlett of the said Bay with a line drawn North to the former
       bounded oak containing & now laid out for five hundred & twenty
       Acres be the same more or less  And likewise all that peece or parcell
       of Land called Nathaniel Ashcoms purchase Beginning at a
       marked poplar standing by the said River Side near the first
       bounded tree of the land called Ashcoms purchase from thence
       running with the line of the said Land bounded therewith South
       East one hundred & sixty P.s to a marked pine from thence running
