       seventy two perches to a Marked Locust from thence
       running South East One hundred & twenty perches
       to a marked oake then running South South East Eighty
       perches to another Marked pine standing by the river side
       near the Mouth of Fox Creek thence running North East
       sixty six perches from thence running North west three
       hundred fifty five perches to the said River side at a
       point and adjoyning to Ashcom's Marsh thence running
       down the River bounded therewith to the first specifyed
       Marked poplar containing & laid out for one hundred &
       fifty Acres more or less & further all that peice or Pcell of Land
       called Ashcoms Inlett Beginning at a Marked Sapling Oak
       standing by the said River side being a bounded tree of the
       Land called Ashcom's purchase & running from thence
       with the said line of the said Land bounded there with South East
       one hundred & sixty perches to another Marked Oake standing
       by the waterside in the Bay on the South East Side of Ashcoms
       point from thence running South South East fifty six p.s to a
       marked Cedar standing on a point from thence running
       South West Twenty perches to another Marked Cedar standing
       by the Water side on the West Side of the Said point from thence
       running North West two hundred & forty perches to the
       river side & so from thence running up the river bounded
       therewith to the first specifyed Marked Sapling Oak Containing
       and laid out for fifty Acres more or less together with all
       houses Orchards & Gardens whatsoever now standing growing
       or being on the p.rmisses or any & every part & parcell thereof
       And the Reversion & Reversions Remainder & Remainders
       Rents Issues & profitts of all & singular the p.rmisses  And all
