       Releases or Discharges for the same to give as he in
       his discretion shall think fitt or can be legally required of
       him Together with full power & authority to Constitute one
       or more attorny or attornys for the more Effectuall Managem.t
       of the p.rmises from time to time as occasion shall require
       And further  to Act & Do therein as if we our selves were
       really & personally p.rsent Hereby Ratifying & Confirming
       whatsoever our said attorny or his substutes shall Do or
       Cause to be done in the p.rmisses ot all intents & purposes
       In Witness whereof I have in the name of my self &
       company as aforesaid sett my hand & seal this tenth
       day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand seven
       hundred & three in the second year of the reign of our
       Soveraign Lady Anne Queen of England &c

       Ashcom of Calvert County Gent sonne & heir of Nathaniel Ashcom &
       Mary his wife some time since of Calvert County aforesaid decd of
       the one part & Alexander parran of Calvert County aforesaid Gent
       of the one part Witnesseth that the said Nathaniel Ashcom party
       to these p.rsents for & in Consideration of the Naturall love & affection
       which he hath for & beareth towards Mary parran his sister wife of
       the said Alexander & further in obedience to & due performance of
       the directions & desires of the said Mary Ashcom before her decease
       for the raising a Certain sume of mony a portion for Elizabeth
       Ashcom sister of the said Nathaniel Ashcom Hath given Granted
       Bargaind Sold Aliened Releasd & Confirmd  And by these p.rsents
