       Outhouses Outhouses Tob.o houses fences & all other Appurts w.tsoever
       belonging or in any wise appertaining (Except as before Excepted unto
       him the said Aaron Rawlins his heires & assigns for ever to the only
       proper use & behoofe of the said Aaron Rawlins his heires & Assigns & to
       no other use intent or purpose whatsoever  And the said John Gadsby for
       himself his heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs doth hereby coven.t promise Grant &
       agree to & with the said Aaron Rawlins his heires & Assigns that
       he the said John Gadsby his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs & Adm.rs & every of y.m
       shall & will from time to time & at all times hereafter Exonerate
       acquitt & discharge or otherwise save & keep harmless as well
       the said Aaron Rawlins his heires & Assigns as also all the said
       Land & p.rmisses & all other the Appurts before mencond hereby
       bargaind & sold or intended to be hereby conveyd as afd with
       all & singular the Appurts & every part & pcell thereof of from
       all former sales bargaines Joyntures Dower Titles of dower statutes
       Judgm.ts Recognizances Executions Rent Charges Arrearages of
       Rent forfeitures & all other Charges & incumbrances whatsoever
       had made or done at any time before the Ensealing & delivery of
       these p.rsents by him the said John Gadsby or any other person or
       persons whatsoever  And also that he the said John Gadsby his
       heires & Assigns & every of them shall & will from time to time & at all
       times hereafter when thereunto required make do acknowledge
       suffer & Execute or cause to be made done Acknowledged suffered
       & Executed all & every such further Acts & Acts thing & things
       Assurance & Assurances in the law whatsoever as by the said Aaron
       Rawlins his heires & assigns as his or their Councill learned in the
       law shall be reasonably devisd or advised for the further & better
       Assurance & suremaking of all & singular the p.rmisses hereby
       bargaind & sold or intended to be hereby bargaind & sold unto him the
       said Aaron Rawlins his heires & Assigns for ever  And lastly the said
       John Gadsby doth hereby for himself his heires promise grant &
       agree to & with the said Aaron Rawlins his heires & Assigns that he
       the said John Gadsby at the time of the ensealing & delivery of these p.rsents
       is seizd of & in the said Tract of Land & premisses (Except as before
       Excepted of a good firm right full & indefeazable Estate of Inheritance
       in fee simple without any Condition or Limitation to alter Change
       defeat or make void the same  And that the said Aaron Rawlins his
       heires & Assigns shall & may peaceably & quietly have hold us occupy
       possess & enjoy the said Land & Premisses & take & receive the rents
