        issues & profitts thereof  And also that he the said John Gadsby his heires
       & Assigns shall & will from time to time for ever hereafter Warrant
       & defend the said Land & p.rmissses to him the said Aaron Rawlins his
       heires & assigns against all Manner of Pson or psons Claymes or
       Intanglem.ts whatsoever whether the same be by the lands running into
       more ancient surveys or any other Defect want of Measure or other
       incumbrance whatsoever  In witness whereof the said John Gadsby hath
       hereunto sett his hand & affixd his seale the day & Year first above

       Robert R K Kirklands          Rawlins & that the within written Indenture
                 Mark                         was the voluntary Act & deed of him the said
       John Gadsby and the same Day & time to witt the                     day of Sept.r
       came before us Joanna Gadsby the wife of the said John Gadsby who being
       by us secretly examined out of the hearing of her husband did confess that she
       freely & without any threats or compulsion of her said husband gave her
       Consent to the sale thereof In testimony whereof wee have hereunto subscribed
       our Names
