715 Lawfully peaceably & Quietly have hold Use Occupy possess & enjoy all & ev.ry the afd bargaind premisses with their Appurtenances to his & their owne proper use & behoof for ever w.thout any Lawfull Lett Sute Trouble or Incumbrance whatsoever of or by the said William Galloway his heires or Assigns or any of them or by their Means privity Consent or Procurement & that free & clear & freely & clearly acquitted & discharged or otherwise from time to time well & sufficiently saved & kept harmless of & from all former & other Gifts Grants Bargaines Sailes Joyntures Dowers Mortgages Extents Judgments Executions & Forfietures & all & from all & singular ^other troubles^ & Incumbrances whatsoever had made comitted or done by the said William Galloway his heires & Assignes or by any other Pson or Psons Claiming by from or under them or any of them Their Rents & Services from henceforth to grow due & payable to the Chief Lord or Lords of the Fee only Excepted & foreprized And that the said W.m Galloways his heires Executors & Administrators shall & will from time to time & at all times hereafter during the space of seven Years now next following at the reasonable Requests Cost & Charges in the Law of the said Richard Hill his heires & Assigns do make Execute & suffer or cause to be made Executed or done or suffered all & ev.ry such further Acts & Deeds & Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the better assuring the before Granted premisses unto the sid Richard Hill his heires & Assigns as by his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be devised Advised & Requird In Witness whereof the said William Galloway have hereunto sett his hands & seals this Signd Seald & deld William Galloway (seale) In the P.rsence of Benj.a Blackleach W Sott May 29.th 1703 Sworne upon the holy Evangelists by me W.m Harris one of her Ma.ties Justices for Cecill County the above Witnesses who do depose that the above Instrument in the proper Act & Deed of William Galloway as is therein Exprest Will.m Harris Jurat coram me Prov.ll Court 30.th Aprill 1703 Then came M.r John Wells & by vertue of a Letter of attorny hereto annexed & in the name & on behalf of the within W.m Galloway acknowledged the within mencond Land & p.rmisses to be the Right & property of the w.thin named Richard Hill & his heires & Assignes according to Act of Assembly in that Case Made & provided W Taylard Clk Prov.ll Court Enrolled June 22.d 1703 P |
