             To All Xtian People to whome these p.rsents shall come
       Greeting in our Lord God everlasting Know Yee that I W.m Galloway
       Jun.r of Cecill County in the province of Maryland Planter for a
       valuable consideration in hand before the Ensealing & Deliv.ry
       of these p.rsents by Richard Hill of Ann Arundell County in the
       Province of Maryland Mariner The Reciept whereof the said William
       Galloway doth hereby acknowledge & therewith is fully contented
       satisfyed & paid & thereof & of every part & parcell thereof doth
       fully & clearly acquitt & discharge the said Richard Hill his heires
       Executors & Administrators for ever by these Presents hath Given
       Granted Bargained sold Aliend Enfeoffd & Confirmd & by these p.rsents
       Doth fully clearly & absolutely Give Grant Bargain Sell alien Enfeoffe
       & Confirme unto the said Richard Hill his heires & Assigns for ever
       All that Tract & parcell of Land lying on the West side of Chesopeak
       Bay & on the South Side of a River in the s.d Bay called Seavorne
       River & on the North side of a Creek called Galloways Creek beginning
       at a Marked Oak by a Marsh side & running West up the Creek for
       breadth fifty perches to a Marked Oak by the side of a Hill bounded
       on the West by a Line drawne North from the said Oake for Length
       three hundred & twenty Perches on the North by a Line drawn East
       from the end of the North line for breadth Fifty Perches on the East by a
       Line drawn South from the end of the East Line unto the first bounded
       Oake on the South by the said Creek containing & now laid out for one
       hundred Acres more or less called Chink; w.th all Houses Edifices Woods
       Underwoods & all other profitts Benefitts & priviledges thereunto belonging
       or any ways appertaining To have and To hold the said Land & all the
       Appurtenances concerning the said Premisses or any part thereof
       And the said W.m Galloway doth for himself his Hieres Executors &
       Adm.rs Covenant & Grant to & with the said Richard Hill his heires &
       Assignes by these presents in manner & form following that is to say
       That the said W.m Galloway for & notwithstanding any Act or thing by
       him or by his Means Consent privity or procurement had made comitted
       or done Wittingly or Willingly suffered to the Contrary now of the time
       of the Ensealing & deliv.ry hereof & is only & solely rightfully seized  And
       untill the Estate hereby to be granted shall be sufficiently pas Vested & setled
       in & upon the said Richard Hill his heires & Assigns shall so remain seized
       of all singular the P.rmisses of a good absolute & perfect Estate to him & his heires
       to him & his heires w.thout any Condition or Limitation of any Use
       or uses Estate or Estates to any person or persons whatsoever to alter change
       Defeat or Make void  And that the said William Galloway at the time of
       the ensealing & delivery of these Presents have full power Good Right &
       Lawfull Authority to Grant Bargain & convey & assure all & singular the
       before Granted P.rmisses w.th their & every of their appurtenances unto him
       the said Richard Hill his heires & Assigns in Manner & forme afd  And that
       the said Richard Hill his heires & Assigns & ev.ry of them shall & may by
       force & virtue of these P.rsents from time to time & at all times ^for ever^ hereafter
