713 I George plater Notary Publick by Legall Authority Admitted and Sworne Dwelling in Puttuxent River Doe hereby and declare that the before named Kenelm Cheseldyne is to me well Knowne and one of her Maj.ties Justices of the peace for St Maryes County and that I the said Notary did see the said stephen Payne and W.m Royall make the oath herein before Menconed before the said Kenelme Cheseldyne Ex.r the day and year for that purpose Certified Given under my hand and seale of my office this seventeenth day of aprill in the year of our Lord 1703 and in the second year of the reigne of our sovereigne Lady Anne Queen of England &ct George Plater O Notary Publ Enrrolled on record May 29.th 1703 Know all men by these Presents that I W.m Galloway of Baltemore County in the Province of Maryland do authorize & depute My Loving Friend M.r John Wells of Cecill County My True & lawfull Attorny to seale & deliver one Indented deed Made of a Tract of Land called Chink in Ann Arundell to Cap.t Richard Hill of the s.d County & also to do all & every thing & Things in & about the same as shall be thought Expedient as fully & in as Large Manner as though I the said William were Psonally Present In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seale this 29.th March 1703 Witness W.m Galloway (seal) Benja Blackleach W Sott March 29.th 1703 Sworne upon the holy Evangelist by Me W.m Harris one of her Ma.ties Justices for Cecill County the above Witnesses who do depose that the above Instrument in the Proper Act & deed of William Galloway as therein Exprest Will Harris Jur Coram Mee Enrolled June 22 1703 |
