       of all the Dwellings outhouses are houses Edifices & buildings
       Gardens Orchards woods Timber Trees & other hereditam.ts w.tsoever
       to the said premisses or any of them belonging w.th their & every
       of their appurtences & the revercon & Revercons Remainder
       and remainders Rents & Issues & profitts thereof w.th their & every
       of their appurtences & all the Estate Right title Interest
       property Claime and Demand whatsoever of him the said
       Thomas Hackett his heirs & assignes & every of them out of in
       and into the said p.rmisses & every part theirof Together w.th one
       full Moyety or ^one^ half part of all & singular the goods Chattles
       stocke and p.rsonall Estate of what Nature kind or qualifican
       soever of him the said Thomas Hackett now being in the sd
       Province of Maryland or where to he the sd Thomas Hackett
       now is was or May be any wayes intituled either in his one
       right or in the right of the said Theophilus Hackett  To have
       and to hold the said Lands & every of them plantacon
       Messuages Dwellings houses Lands woods hereditaments
       Chattles goods stock personall Estate and all other the
       p.rmisses w.th their & every of their appurtences unto the
       said James Heath his heirs & assignes for ever  To the onely
       use of him the said James Heath his heires exec.rs & adm.rs
       for ever more in Comon w.th the said Thomas Hackett who
       holdeth & enjoyeth the other Moyety of all & singular
       the p.rmisses to the use of him his heirs exec.rs & adm.rs the said
       plantacon Tracts or p.rcells of Land to be holden of the Lord
       prop.ry of the said province of Maryland according to his
       Grant & Grants for the same & according to the Custome of
       Maryland  And the said Thomas Hackett Doth for
       himself his heirs Exec.rs and Adm.rs Covenant promise &
       agree to and w.th the said James Heath his heirs Exec.rs and
       adm.rs by these p.rsents in Manner following that for and
       Notwithstanding any act or acts thing or things by him the
       said Thomas Hackett made suffered comitted Executed or
       done to the contrary the said James Heath his heirs Exec.rs
       and Adm.rs respectively shall & may have hold retaine
       posses & Enjoy the said Moyety and all other the p.rmisses
