       p.rsents the Receipt whereof the said Thomas Hacket
       Doth hereby Acknowledge & for Divers other good Causes
       and valuable Consideracons him the said Thomas Hacket
       hereunto Especially moving  He the said Thomas Hacket
       hath granted Bargained sold aliened released
       Enffeofed & Confirmed & by these p.rsents Doe grant
       bargaine sell alien release enfeofe and Confirme unto
       the said James heath (in his actuall possescon Now
       being by vertue of one Indenture of Bargaine & sale
       bearing Date the Day before the Date of these
       p.rsents & Made or Mentioned to be Made between
       him the said Thomas Hacket of the one part & the
       said James Heath of the other part In Considercon
       of Five Shillings to him the said Thomas Hackett
       paid by the said James Heath for the Terme of one
       whole yeare comencing from the Day before the Date thereof
       and by force of the Statute for transferring of uses into possescon
       his heirs and assignes one full Moyety or one halfe part of
       All that parcell of Land & Orchard scituate Lying & being
       on the North side of Severn River in the province of Maryland
       in Ameica at a point now comonly called Hacketts point
       together w.th one Moyety or one halfe part of all that plantacon
       Tract of Land and building now or late in the tenner of
       occupacon of Nathaniel Everett containing in the said Two
       parcells Two hundred acres more or lesse & the one Moyety
       or halfe part of all that Tract of Land lyeing in or Neare
       Back river neare potapsco River containing three hund.rd
       acres more or Lesse late in the possescon of Theophilus
       Hacket Late of the said Province Shoemaker deced
       and the one Moyety or half part of all that Tract of land
       Lyeing neare the said potapsco River containing one hund.rd
       acres more or lesse and the Moyety or one half part of
       all other the Lands and plantacons of him the said Thomas
       Hackett scituate & being in the sd province of Maryland
       or w.ch were the ^possescon^ plantacons Lands or Estates of the said
       Theophilus Hackett Decd & one full moyety or one halfe part
