       hereby Granted or intended hereby to be Granted w.th
       their and every of their appurtences to his & their own
       uses w.thout any Lett or Interrupcon whatsoever & that
       the said Thomas Hackett his heirs exec.rs & adm.rs respectively
       shall & will at all times hereafter at the
       request cost & Charges of the said James Heath his
       Exec.rs and Adm.rs make doe and performe & execute
       any further and other Lawfull & reasonable act
       Matter or thing acts Matters or things whatsoever
       for the further Better & more absolute assuring
       Conveying & settling the p.rmisses & all & every of them
       to the said James Heath his heirs Exec.rs & Adm.rs
       Respectively & to his & their own respective uses and
       behoofes  In Witness whereof the parties afsd have
       hereunto Interchangeably sett their hands & seales the
       Day & Year first above Written
