       appurtences and the revertion & revertions Remander and
       remanders Rents Issues & profitts thereof with their and
       every of their appurtences  To have and to hold the
       said Lands plantations Meseuages Dwelling houses Lands
       Tennemts & all other the p.rmisses w.th there & every of their
       appurtences unto the said James Heath his Exec.rs Adm.rs
       and assignes from the Day before the Date hereof for &
       Dureing & unto the full End & terme of one whole yeare
       from thence Next Ensueng and fully to be compleate and
       Ended Yeilding and paying therefore the rent of one
       peper corne at the feast of S.t Mich.a the Archangell
       Next Ensuing if the same be Lawfully Demanded to the
       Intent & purpose that the said James Heath may by
       force & virtue of these p.rsents & of the statute for
       tranceferring of uses into possescon be in the said hands ^Actuall^
       possescon of the p.rmisses & be Enabled thereby to receive &
       take a Grant & Release of the revercon & Inheritance
       thereof to him the said James Heath his Heirs & Assignes
       for ever  In witnesse whereof the parties afsd have
       hereunto Interchangeably sett their hands & seales the
       Day & yeare first above Written

       This Indenture made the Eighth Day of June in the
       yeare of our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ one thousd
       six hundred Ninety Eight Betweene Thomas Hacket
       Citizen & Ironmonger of London of the one part & James
       Heath of London M.rchant of the other part  Witnesseth
       that for & Inconsideracon of the sume of Tenn
       shillings of Lawfull money of England to him the said
       Thomas Hacket in hand well and truly paid by the sd
       James Heath att & before the ^En^sealing & Delivery of
